Privacy notice (Personal Information Collection Statement): RackIT waitlist

RackIT ("we", "us") collects the personal data in this form only for these purposes:

1. Launch updates. If you agree, we'll use your email address and district to email you updates about the launch and availability of RackIT's tennis coaching marketplace in Hong Kong. This is direct marketing, and we'll only do it with your consent (see the consent box in the form).

2. Planning. We'll use your district, tennis experience and lesson language to understand demand, so we can plan where RackIT becomes available and which coaches to invite. We use this information only in aggregate. We don't use your tennis experience or lesson language to send you updates.

What you must provide. Your email address, district and tennis experience are required. If you don't provide them, we can't add you to the waitlist or send you updates. Lesson language is optional.

Who we share it with. We transfer your personal data only to service providers that host our website, form and email for us. Their servers may be outside Hong Kong. If RackIT is later operated by a company that we set up, we'll transfer your personal data to that company. We don't sell your personal data, and we don't give it to coaches.

How long we keep it. We keep your waitlist information for up to 12 months from the date you submit it. We delete it earlier if we no longer need it for these purposes, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights. Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486), you have the right to request access to and correction of your personal data. Please send requests to:
